Creating Fabulous Color Palettes for Your Wedding

2018 Color Palettes

We all know colors are seasonal, and that there are “colors of the year”, thank you pantone; but how do you take a color and make it work for you?  We will explore a few colors and see how they can be used to change the tone, feel and atmosphere.

Butter and Apricot

But first, we’ll create a very natural pallet built from Pantone 14-0121

Nile Green

We’ll add two colors: Butter and Apricot.

This is sweet for Spring and Summer weddings.  These colors work beautifully for many styles, from elegant country, to tailored and neat, to textured and organic.

And those with quirky, kinked stems bring a wonderful sense of movement to designs.  Who doesn't love that!

English Country Garden

We saw the very European “meadowesque” feel grew in 2017, and it will continue this year using those blooms which look like they’ve just been picked from the garden. This cascade “English Country Garden” look is particularly popular for weddings.

Ultra Violet-THE Color for 2018

Another stunning color pallet for 2018 is the Ultra Violet.  Using magenta, shades of purples (all shades of purple are going to be VERY big in 2018) and blues, you can lighten or darken to best suit your venue, wedding style and time of year.

Purple tones with navy blue is what I call "Moody Blues" for a elegant rich "themed" wedding pallet!

Guest Tables that will make your guests will say "WOW"!

Now - the benefit of using a Designer (many call them stylists) we go the step beyond just the flowers.  A lot of what effects how flowers are viewed on a table are the linens, candles, charger plates and all the details that take your wedding from lovely to WOW – this is STUNNING!!!
